Upon receiving a request for services our dedicated welcome team will reach out to you for a brief inquiry into your family’s needs while providing an overview of our services and clinical approach. Understanding that this can be an uncertain and challenging initial step in your family’s unique journey we want to ease any concerns as we guide you through each step of this process. You will be provided with our welcome packet to collect essential information.
Pre-Authorization (Navigating Insurance Together)
Navigating the intricacies of insurance can be complex, but rest assured, we are here to assist you every step of the way. Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll initiate the pre-authorization process with your insurance provider. Together, we'll work through your insurance details, verifying coverage and discussing any potential financial responsibilities.
Assessment (Personalized Approach)
Now, it's time to schedule your initial assessment, a pivotal step in personalizing your ABA journey. During the assessment, one of our highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analysts will closely collaborate with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your loved one’s unique needs. Your input, as well as that of your family, is invaluable during this process. Based on the assessment, your Behavior Analyst will create a personalized treatment plan, together you the Analyst then go through the plan together and ensure it aligns seamlessly with your loved one’s goals.
Authorization (Securing the Green Light)
With the assessment complete, our focus now shifts to obtaining authorization for your personalized treatment plan. We will submit the treatment plan for authorization and keep you informed at every step. Once we receive the green light, our team will be the first to share the news with you. We'll discuss the details, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the covered services and any relevant considerations.
Session Start (Embarking on ABA)
Once the authorization is secured, it's time to schedule your ABA sessions. Together, you and our clinical team will create a schedule that aligns with your family’s needs and the availability of your assigned therapist. Your loved one’s comfort and goals are our top priorities. Finally, your ABA sessions can commence. Your Analyst and our clinical team will closely monitor your loved one’s progress while making adjustments as needed, ensuring that your loved one’s ABA journey remains as individualized as he/she is.
