Entry-Level Clinicians
Behavior Technician (BT)
As a Behavioral Technician (BT) the primary role involves providing direct support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). While not yet a Registered Behavior Technician, Behavioral Technicians play a crucial role in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, assisting in data collection and analysis, and reinforcing positive behaviors. Additionally, Behavioral Technicians collaborate closely with BCBA’s and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment implementation, as well as, provide ongoing feedback on client progress. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provides a pathway for professional growth and development towards becoming a certified RBT.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBT’s primary responsibility is the direct implementation of behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA. Working under the supervision of the BCBA or BCaBA, they collect data on behavior and treatment implementation to support the analysis process. Their role includes teaching and reinforcing specific skills, as well as implementing strategies to reduce challenging behaviors outlined in the behavior intervention plan. Maintaining regular communication with the BCBA or BCaBA by providing progress updates and reporting any challenges encountered during implementation.
Clinical Professionals
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBA’s will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify your child’s needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. They develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices and behavioral strategies. BCBA's provide supervision and ongoing training to assistant behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians, overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs. They collect and analyze data on behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness to make data-driven decisions and adjust interventions as needed. Collaboration with the assistant behavior analyst, registered behavior technicians, and other professionals involved in your child’s care ensures coordination and consistency in treatment.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
BCaBA’s will assist the BCBA in the implementation of these programs and strategies, ensuring their effective execution. As part of their responsibilities, they collect essential data on behavior and treatment progress, supporting data analysis and informed decision-making. Additionally, they provide direct support to registered behavior technicians, offering guidance and expertise in implementing behavior interventions. Their role extends to assisting the BCBA in training registered behavior technicians and caregivers, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective plan implementation.

Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager role involves overseeing all administrative functions critical to supporting clinical services. Their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing financial operations, leading the HR department, optimizing administrative processes, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires extensive administrative leadership experience in healthcare or ABA, and proficiency in ABA principles and regulations, they provide strategic direction, budget oversight, and facilitate seamless operations while fostering a culture of efficiency and professionalism.
Administrative Specialist
Administrative Specialists have the vital role(s) in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, providing essential support to the clinical and administrative teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
